Service Terms: Our color analysis services are based on the photos and information you provide. We reserve the right to request higher-quality images if the initial submissions are insufficient for an accurate assessment.
Intellectual Property: All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, and specific analysis methods—is the property of The Feminine Journal and is protected by copyright laws.
User Conduct: You agree to provide accurate information and original photos of yourself only.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for any user who violates these terms.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY: Because our services involve the immediate allocation of professional time and the delivery of proprietary digital assets, the payment for a color analysis is subject to a 100% non-refundable fee, and the coaching service is subject to a 90% non-refundable fee upon booking. By securing your session or kit, you acknowledge that the creative and analytical work begins immediately. Should you need to reschedule a consultation, we offer a one-time grace period of three (3) days notice.
NO-SHOW & ATTENDANCE POLICY
At The Feminine Platform, we value the rhythm of excellence. Your session will begin promptly at the scheduled time.

On Color Analysis & Digital Representation: The Feminine Platform utilizes established seasonal color theory to provide our clients with a roadmap for visual stewardship. Please be advised that digital color analysis is, by nature, subject to the quality of the photographs provided by the client and the calibration of the digital screens on which the report is viewed. While our results are rooted in objective color science (chroma, value, and temperature), the final interpretation of "style" is subjective. Our recommendations serve as a professional guide, not an absolute mandate.
On Coaching & Personal Responsibility: Our coaching and workshop services are designed for educational and motivational purposes. Success in any professional or personal endeavor is the result of the client's own dedication, implementation, and unique circumstances. The Feminine Platform provides the tools and the framework, but the stewardship of the results remains with the client.
NO-SHOW & ATTENDANCE POLICY
The Grace Period: We allow a 15-minute grace period for unforeseen technical delays.The No-Show: If you have not joined the session within 15 minutes of the start time, the appointment will be considered "Completed." In this event, the 90% non-refundable commitment fee is forfeited, and the remaining 10% will be applied as an administrative cancellation fee.
Re-booking: To honor our schedule, a new booking at the current rate will be required to secure a future date.
Privacy Policy

Use of Data: Your photos and personal details are used strictly to provide the requested color analysis service.
Data Retention: Photos are deleted from our primary processing system after your report is completed. However, images included in your final report may be securely saved in our permanent files for your future reference.
Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information or photos with third parties, except for essential service providers like secure file storage.
